So pleased with this product. I needed deeper pans for my thermadore steam oven. I was worried I might end up with something flimsy, but nope! these are great, As sturdy as my shallow pans provided by Thermadore and so much less expensive that ordering from Thermadore.

Well it is what it is! It doesn’t rust so it is stainless steel! Perfect for my half steam pan!
