I needed a case that fit my 65mm macro lens with lens collar and mounting plate. Instead of having to keep collar and plate separately, i can now directly mount the lens on a tripod. It's adjustable outer straps and fat padding allow for securing off-size items. It reduces set up time and even has a little pouch for a filter and deseccant pack. Best bag ever: well made, double stitching, solid padding, and adjustable fit.

Bought this for a Sony FE mount 105mm F1.4. The only other case that seemed to be close is the Thinktank. Short story - it fits but makes the lid bulge a little. I have a 105mm UV filter on the lens and the tripod collar. I can get this zipped closed but the top bulges a little. Still it’s more padded than the thinktank and has a nice strap and very sold belt loop/mount. I would guess that this would be a perfect fit for the Nikon/canon versions of this lens as it has a shorter flange length. At any rate it’s good enough for me and much more compact than the sigma case

This little Lens Case fits my 24 to 105mm Lens perfectly and it also will carry my 24mm lens when I'm using my 24 to 105mm lens. Very reasonable in price and very well made with plenty of padding to protect my lens. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to carry and protect their expensive lens. I ordered it and within a few days it arrived. Very quick in shipping.

Perfect protection for my Canon EF 24-105mm f4 L IS USM II, as well as the EF 16-35mm f2.8L USM III. I’m mentioning the specific lenses that fit as the internal dimensions quoted aren’t such a great way to work out the size that was needed. Both lenses are stored with the hoods in the stored position but with some screw on filters (UVB & Circ Polarised) in place and the lens covers also in place. I find the fit to be just right in terms of being snug, with little room for rattling around loose. There are numerous straps to allow for different carrying methods such as on a belt (great method for retaining the case in place), or long strap across shoulders or neck. There is a net style storage in the lid which is useful only for retaining the lens caps from the lens and camera body so they’re readily to hand. The protective padding is roughly 1cm at the bottom and sides whilst the stiffer top padding is around 0.75cm. There is also a horizontal strap that encircles the bag around the halfway mark and it can be tightened should you feel the need for even more security or, as is more likely, you are using the bags for narrower fitting lenses. Finally, I’ve just found a Velcro fastened back with a removable piece of stiff plastic, and also the internal base padding is removable though it’s not clear if it’s deliberate or just an issue due to manufacturing process. It’s not something I would care to try as I value my lenses too much to reduce the base protection by 1cm of soft padding and a stiffened plastic sheet. All in all these bags are made to very high standards and the protection they offer is second to none. I have no qualms in recommending them to those that value their equipment though with one caveat - it’s a tad difficult carrying several heavy lenses in individual bags, which is why I use the LowePro 450 WL Tactical.

I took off a star for waterproofness, but otherwise a nice product. For starters I bought this for and tested with AF-S Nikkor 10-24mm 1:3.5-4.5 G EDwith the lens hood mounted - backwards. The padding is thick on top, bottom and all around. The lens fit easily and was snug enough that it didn't slip around but could be easily removed. The filter pocket at the top is unusable with this lens since the lens is too tall for it to close with a filter in the pocket. The belt attachment is a Velcro secured flap. However is Velcros down and another flap folds and Velcros over it - all that is then wrapped with a nylon strap. So I thinks it's plenty secure if you wanted to belt mount it. The nylon shoulder strap is strong enough but seems like it would be uncomfortable if you carried it that way for a long time - I didn't try it. All of the stitching seems quality and solid. The materials are high quality - thick dernier and nylon. Only weird thing about the construction is that the inside back panel is sewed up the sides but Velcro at the top. I held it under the water faucet for about 30 seconds (not with the lens in it) and it repelled water OK. The zipper and the piping at the seams soaked up a lot of water - as did the straps. There is no flap over the zipper but the way it's made the zipper is below the top of the inside padding, so I am 99% sure lenses inside will stay dry in even the worst weather. It also seems like the whole thing takes a lot of time to dry. I have everything undone and unbuckled and open to dry. All that combined cost one star because of how damp it stayed when it got wet. Other than that it's a nice case.

I am a photography enthusiast and carry all my lenses and the camera in a Lowepro bag. I had always been a big fan of the brand !!! They make quality products with innovative designs, good material and the ones that fit in budget. I was looking for a carry case for the most expensive lens I own: Nikon f/2.8 105mm prime. I checked out the 9X9 case in Best Buy and that was too small. Other buyers mentioned the dimensions in reviews/comments and it seems that this case will be bigger for my lens. Anyways, I thought of getting it.I was surprised to se that it fit nicely for my lens and I am loving it. And the quality of Lowepro is unmatchable !!! And you can say that about Amazon, for price !!! Loving it !!!!

I have the 24-70mm f/2.8 Mk II lens, and typically find I put the lens hood in another pouch in my pack and rarely use it, because it doesn't really fit natively anywhere, and definitely not in the large pocket of my cargo pants when I'm shooting.I shoot some pretty dark bars and venues though, and wanted a pouch I could put on to my belt (I chose a ) so that I could easily switch lenses, and without leaving a lens on a table or in a secured bag somewhere else that I have to return to if I need to switch lenses. This one works great. As wide as the 24-70 Mk II is with the lens hood in the storage position (petals facing back down the barrel), this case is a nice snug fit for that diameter and length. There is ample padding to provide protection for the lens once inside, and four different handles and straps to secure it or carry it - lots of choices there.Personally, I'll be using the main velcro strap on the back - I was a little concerned when I saw it was velcro, but it has a double fastening system: the strap that connects to your belt velcros to the back of the pouch (at the bottom), and then a smaller flap velcros on top of that, fastening to both the back and the strap. Very secure, but also very easy to get on and off. It's a bit bulky but that's to be expected giving the padding and size. The zippers need to lip over the padding a bit, with a bit of practice I expect to be able to close it with one hand.I like the small web pouch on the inside of the lid: gives me a place to put the rear lens cap momentarily when I'm changing lenses.Great lens case.

I got this lens case to fit my 16-35mm when not in use. It lens just fits and provides nice protection. It's well padded and has easy access to switch out lenses. It attaches to my nicely. There is a snag though. The AW (all weather) bag has a rain jacket that pulls out and over the bag, it doesn't take into account attachments like the lens case and doesn't fit both. It's not a big deal though. I'll just get a small backpack rain cover. Overall I'm very happy with it!
