Part was exactly as listed and got here in time. Unfortunately I couldn’t get it calibrated with my treadmill and had to return…and got charged 30% for a restocking fee. Pretty lame they don’t advertise this ahead of time. Gave it four stars because the part was as advertised and arrived on time.

I have a proform 525ct treadmill. My techinician of everything has detected that this part of the machine is broken . Some item on the part had some rust🤷♀️. I have contacted proform.com to ask for my warranty, (I have the treadmill for 10 months, so I still had warranty left) they ask a bunch of questions without sending the part. I have decided to order this from Amazon and it has arrived in a few days. I am located outside USA (Curacao).My techician just plug it in and it worked, no programming or anything else. Just plug and play.We are on lockdown now, so you can understand how happy I am thay I can use my treadmill.
