Provdes perfect linear values from 0 to 1023 on a 5V arduino. 10K is the right size for these MCUs. I got this because it claims to be IP65, time will tell if that's true. Easy to install, but keep in mind that the body protrudes quite a lot through the panel.

Only went to 8K vice 10K and ohmic values were not consistent over the 8K range. Would not buy again.

Used this to give voltage input to a Holley Terminator X system.I have this fed w/ 5v+ which then leads to the Holley ECU, converting to PWM output. Works great for a rotary style boost controller! Holds voltage very accurately.
