I needed these because mine were seriously broken. They were easy to install. Lifting the faceshield is tough though. The ratching is really tight. I don't remember it being like this when my helmet was new. I'm hoping they "break-in" eventually. They work, just need one hand to hold the helmet and another to lift the lens as otherwise it pulls the helmet up even with the chin strap. Mildly annoying.
