I am using these for my fish pond aeration to connect self sinking lines to bubbler lines and they are working great.

I had a plastic fitting on my fuel injection return hose break. The dealer wanted $190 for a new assembly.I looked on the Sprinter forums and this was a very common problem. A couple guys suggested repairing with some barbed couplers. These fit perfectly and are strong enough to not ever break like the plastic one did. The hole inside is large enough for proper fuel flow which is important for the computer which monitors fuel flow rate through those lines.

I used one of these to replace the plastic tube which originally connected my windshield washer fluid feeder hose (runs from the tank in the engine bay to the back of the Jeep) to another hose at the back of the hard top which leads to the rear wiper's spray nozzle. After a few years, that OEM plastic tube started to slip, and I ended up with washer fluid all over the inside of the Jeep's rear storage area when it slipped off entirely. Played with a replacement DIY plastic tube for awhile, until I bought these brass tubes with barbs on either end, which fixed the problem permanently. If I ever feel like taking the hard top off, I should still be able to disconnect this with a little effort, but until then, the fluid flows well, and only to the outside of the rear glass where it belongs, not all over the groceries. :)
