Do not buy this product! Manufacturer of the frame are both of inferior quality. I was with warranty on the frame, but could not get serviced despite multiple attempts at emails over several months. The listed phone number via Amazon goes only to a voicemail that says you have to go through the email. When you email you may not get an answer for days or weeks, or you may not get an answer at all. there is no ability to use the warranty. I just paid $800 for a Casper bedframe, because it’s been over six months since I first tried, and I have finally given up and replaced the bed. That’s almost $600 that is just gonna be a pile of scrap metal at the Curb once I receive my new bed.

The device doesnt come with a maunaul and does not support smarthome features as said. I bought this so i could actully use my bed with my voice but they couldnt even live up to that.This device is so not worth the effort to setup and so not worth the money.

This unit came with NO INSTRUCTIONS. The manual that comes with the bed does not say anything about pairing a bluetooth module. The manual that can be downloaded to the phone (by the LucidBase app) does not say anything about pairing, either. I spent a couple hours screwing around with trying to get it to work. I was just about read to throw it in the trash, when I found the review from CLC.As noted by CLC, "To pair the module to your phone you must first pair it to your bed’s remote by pressing the button on the module at the same time as you press Head Up and Feet Up on your remote. The blue light in the module will flash to indicate the remote is paired." After I did that, it started to work.I would give maybe 3 or 4 stars, if it worked according to the instructions. Deduct one for NO INSTRUCTIONS included. Deduct another for NOT WORKING anything like usual bluetooth pairing. Deduct a third for WASTING MY TIME. I should deduct another for doing so little, after it eventually gets connected.The company really should print some instructions and put them in the box. That would have salvaged two of those stars.
