Giving this drone 3.5 stars. The colors, the leds., pearlized paint job and good luck 🍀 print on it were all so perfect for a specific little girl. The first day we played with it, we were very careful and mainly used the auto button to get the drone up 4 feet and just go forward and back, side to side with it. Didn’t mess with too much else. The second day we went to play with it, we did one flip which was exciting! We placed it down to have lunch and when we went back to play again, now the device wouldn’t respond consistently-like it had a mind of its own- it would fly straight up to the high ceiling and just stay there..sometimes it would go straight when commanding it to go right or left- then it would go wonky and hide under the ottoman! I know this sounds funny but I seriously was able to do everything pretty easily on day one. I am pretty good at controlling cars/drones but this device was just so different the second day. I even changed the battery and the little pink blades too and eventually had to return it. I’ll be looking for a drone that can last a bit longer- in the near future.

Good price, works well but a little tricky to learn to use it for kids, the more the practice, better they get. Quality is good, works best outside.

This is one of the best drones that I've come across for beginners. I got this for my godson and he has never flown a drone in his life until this one here and he picked it up within 10 minutes. Lightweight but yet enough weight to withstand a decent breeze. Extremely great value for the money the design of it is super easy to understand and it functions perfectly. Exceptionally sturdy and rugged. It comes with extra pieces just in case something happens and you need to replace a propeller or something. From the moment you open the box to the time that you actually fly it once you get the batteries charged is roughly 30 minutes. And the batteries that come with it last a surprisingly long time for being as little as they are. Super bright lighting on him so you can see him flying it daytime or night time. This is just overall one of the best experiences that I've had as far as beginner drones. Definitely worth the time to check it out and would definitely be a good gift for somebody who's looking to get into the world of flying drones

I've only used a few other drones besides this one, and it was just to test them out, too. This one is the easiest for me to control, especially since I can choose speed levels. This would make a great first drone for kids, but it's still a lot of fun for more experienced flyers as well. The plastic of the drone body and propellers is thick and can withstand bumps. It measures about 4.3 inches across and 5.5 diagonally. It gives a pretty light show, but it's not good for those who are prone to seizures, including any pets. The lights do make it fun to fly in the dark. It is very sensitive to wind, so keep it from vents/fans and use outdoors only on windless days. It's not too hard to get used to controlling, and it responds well to the remote. The remote is comfortable to hold and use, and takes 3 AAA batteries, not included. I ordered this for my husband to play with our cats, but it's way too noisy for them, so it will make a nice gift. No way to spy on anyone with this drone. It comes in a sturdy, photo covered box that is perfect for gifting, but too large to fit in a stocking. With this drone being good for beginners, I'd say age 5 -6 and older is appropriate. I definitely recommend it for anyone that enjoys R/Cs.

I have several smaller toy grade drones.I'm pretty confident saying this is the coolest drone I have come across so far.The lights and effects are very vibrant, they make this drone really stand out.The drone has decent power, but a pretty short runtime. The batteries charge pretty quickly though.This drone has plenty of range, I haven't lost signal even once. A few times I've gotten it so far away I was sure I would lose the drone. Seriously the drone was just a dot in the sky. I have very nervously flew it back every time.From time to time I crash or lose a drone in a tree or you get a flyaway, I know that one day it will probably happen to this drone. When it happens I wouldn't think twice about getting another one this thing is really awesome,
