Love the fact that it is so safe! The doors lock easy to move around and comfortable for my dog.

This kennel is so well-made. It is the only one my father’s poodle cannot chew or break out of. It is safe and he actually loves going inside to rest. Not only is it amazing quality, but the customer service is five stars all around. My father was extremely distressed because the key went missing. I placed one phone call and was greeted By a lovely gentleman who not only resolved the issue swiftly, but was very kind, helpful and understanding.Thank you so much!! Beyond pleased

I will be using it for a Labrador Retriever for transport to sporting event. This is a quality piece of equipment. I like the looks and the structure of the dog crate.

Excellent products, exceptional customer service, and timely delivery. When you see the product, it is far superior to what you expected. Lucky Duck has what others don’t have - an impressive heavy-duty single-wall construction. But don't take my word for it -watch Best Dog Kennel For My Dog from Standing Stone Kennels, which reviews all the top four kennels, and it's terrific because it shows you precisely the pros and cons of each model. In a nutshell, I've bought dozens of kennels because the other kennels have a tendency to crack, chip in, or break in the corner, and then you're stuck somewhere, and just to get your dogs home, you have to find someplace open that has a large kennel in stock which is not easy. I bought them from my airline. I purchased the very kennel. I purchased the pet kennel. They all are way too lightweight and break; the problem is that the guttery, which I can't even load into the back of a truck, is way too heavy, much less take it on an airplane as it's already at the max. Wait when it's empty. You need to know that for airline travel, you'll have to drill four holes at the top and bottom because even though it does, it's not required, and the airline insists on those ridiculous twist ties. But the lucky duck kennel has a fantastic option of a metal door, and with that metal door comes a high-quality box lock with keys and two spring-loaded bolts at the top and bottom. Hence, the twist-ties aren't necessary, but the airlines insist. But this crate is also the only one with two drain holes in the back so you can rinse it out for any reason. Like the Gunner, it is five-star crash test rated, but it's 50% less heavy and less expensive. THIS IS THE LAST KENNEL YOU WILL NEED TO BUY AS IT WILL LAST MANY LIFETIMES - in dog years!

I already have this crate & was ordering a second one. I absolutely love this crate but decided to order from amazon instead of the manufacturer directly. The first order got lost & I had to get a refund. The second order arrived but was significantly damaged & missing the screw in leg bumps. Had to send it back for another refund. I learned my lesson & will order it directly from Lucky Duck. I encourage everyone else thinking about this crate to do the same. It is an amazing crate but as usual Amazon is awful.
