The 30-round magazine for the Kel-Tec PMR-30 can be a bear to load by hand. If not done right, it will miss feed. The Ludex Magazine Speed Loader is not only the easiest speed loader I have ever used it loads the PMR-30 perfectly every time with no miss feeds. I wish I had one for every pistol I own. It's the best speed loader ever.

This really helps when loading a 30 round clip. It loads all 30 shells easily would out denting the shell casting.
