It's a pretty well thought out workout bench that allows for a wide variety of exercises. The biggest flaw is that the preacher curl / back extension attachment isn't removable without cutting/modifications, which makes some exercises a bit awkward.Also, a few screws were missing in my package, which means this bench was likely manufactured with lower QC standards. I ended up needing to substitute those screws with similar ones from Home Depot.

It’s on the smaller side. Nice bench, but could be a little longer. Can’t really sit where you need to sit if your laying down on the bench. Your knees will be up against the bar if you’re anywhere near average height or taller. Seems sturdy enough though. Not dissatisfied but not excited either.
