I have thought several bamboo ones and they claim that bamboo doesn't build up mold or mildew but it does. Also bamboo seems to warp and it's hard to clean but this silicone wrapped metal one works great. It is a bit long if you have a more narrow bathtub and it does bounce a little bit in the middle but it's pretty sturdy and holds up. I like how easy it is to clean and how it stays in place.

So pleased with this bath tray. Long enough for my soaker tub and fully encased in silicone so won’t mold or require any maintenance. The phone and tablet holder has the perfect slant and the silicone provides a bit of friction to keep electronics upright.

I LOVE this so much. My tub is not a free-standing tub, so I knew when I ordered it wouldn't work across the tub like it's intended and was perfectly fine with that. It fits wonderfully on the ledge of my tub with plenty of space left on each side. It is a very long tray with plenty of space to hold anything you could possibly need. I love that the tray allows water to flow back out into the tub from the various areas. The book/kindle holder is truly what sold me on this. I love to relax with a book and unwind. This gave me a safe place to be able to do so. I also really like that the additional ledge piece is moveable to fit in any space you need it and it holds in place with the groove. While I don't drink, the wine glass spot would be great for someone who does. Personally, I use it to hold my razor and it works well for that as well. The board itself is made of wonderful material and is so sturdy. It's coated in a silicone type coating that has a beautiful marble look to it. It cleans up so easy and stays in place well. Highly recommend!

I think your thoughts on this are going to depend what kind of tub you have. We have a soaker tub, which is pretty wide, so the edges of this only sit maybe an inch on the sides of the tub. It's wide enough to fit and not slide into the tub. The silicone helps keep it in place and gives a nice grippy surface for whatever you have on it. There is a taller external piece you can insert/set on that holds a tablet/phone (maybe a book? I didn't check that) and I felt comfortable letting the tablet (or phone) sit there unattended. There is a place to set a wine glass and another raised area to set a bar of soap so that any water will run off. The metal interior keeps it pretty sturdy, though it does sag a tad in the middle over the whole span. It does seem a bit pricey overall, though.

Love this bath tub tray. It is very sturdy, and it fits perfectly across our soaking tub. I feel comfortable using it with tea, a book and even my I-pad with no concerns that it is going to collapse or my items will fall in the water. It has a spot for a bar of soap, space for a cup, a wine glass slot or razor holder, a book shelf and a space for a cell phone to be set. I like the neutral color of the gray because it goes with the rest of our esthetic. I think the only downside would be that it's bulky because it doesn't collapse so storing it means I just have to leave it across the tub even when not in use.

First off, this tray isn’t just metal; it’s coated with silicone (which I LOVE) because it makes the tray more non-slip. That said, the silicone also tends to ‘hang on’ to hair a bit. My only real issue with this product is that it is designed to be used with tubs that are open on both side, and my tub is open on one side, and has a wall on the other. Due to the wall, I can’t center the tray over my tub, but I can use it comfortably. The tray sits securely across the tub. It has a bit of ‘give’ if you apply a lot of pressure to the top, but there is need to do that while using the tray normally. I would recommend this tray. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because I’d like the prop slot to be wider as it would allow the tray to better adjust to my tub.

The Lphianx bathtub tray is unusual from the typical bamboo bathroom products. It's made in stainless steel and silicone. It's also extra long. Too long for standard bathtubs.The caddy tray is sturdy and quite heavy. It bends very slightly and you can feel the stainless steel inside. It is well made and looks lovely in the bathroom. It comes with two detachable attachments: a tablet/book holder and a smaller phone holder.It can hold a fair amount of bath items. While the tray is longer than most standard bathtubs, it is sturdy enough to sit across the tub without risking to tip to the side.I like the minimalist grey look but I'm not head over it over it and wouldn't personally call it 'luxury'. The design lacks some oomph. It is very functional though and has a calming aesthetics.All in all, it is a well made, well designed and sturdy bathtub tray but would suit freestanding bathtubs or extra wide tubs better.

I had heard from other reviews that this tray is too short for certain tubs which mine is no different. My main complaint is that this tray is super flimsy. I have my iPad Pro, a cup of tea, and my phone on this tray at any given time. It’s not sturdy like I could lean on it and have it be firmly in place. If I leaned in it, everything on it would go into the water. It’s a lot worse and smaller (not as wide) than I thought it would be.

This product is replacing a wood item of the same nature. The material is great, but it’s not as wide, front to back, as my previous one, and it wobbles a bit. But, I love that it’s waterproof so I’ll adjust!

Hier erhälst du ein durchgängig verarbeitetes Tablett, ohne Schrauben, Gewinde etc.. Das Tablett ist aus Edelstahl gefertigt und mit einer Silikonschicht aus Marmoroptik überzogen. Haptisch genau das richtige für Wasser. Es ist recht schwer und ich lege es bereits auf den Badewannenrand bevor ich ins Wasser steige. Dieses Tablett sollte nicht Brechbar sein und strahlt eine sehr lange Lebensdauer aus. Auf dem Wannenrand verrutscht nichts. Das Tablett bleibt an seinem Platz. Auch ist mein Wannenrand vor Kratzern geschützt. Das Tablett bietet viel Platz für Buch/Tablet/Seife/Wachlappen/Kaffee und Schälchen mit Leckereien. Hierfür dienen Abgrenzungen, die ein Hineinfallen in das Wasser verhindern sollen. Das Reinigen klappt auch Wunderbar und unkompliziert. Ich bin begeistert und denke, dass ich hier etwas für die Ewigkeit gefunden habe.Sollte sich etwas Neues ergeben, werde ich es stetig aktualisieren.
