I got this well-engineered high-quality mostly plastic meter to check the approximate gallons per minute of water flowing in a water treatment system. The meter proved to be fairly accurate in estimating water flow.I like that the meter itself is scaled to read in English and metric units. It is notable that the scales are etched into the plastic to prevent rubbing off over time. The threaded male inlet and outlet pipes were easy to mount into the water treatment system.I keep the meter out of direct sunlight because of the risk of UV light degrading the plastic materials of construction. I've found the flowmeter to be reasonable in cost and I expect it will give me many years of quality service.

No more guessing at flow rate or "eyeballing it" with these units. Allows you to dial in exact flow needed using a ball valve on the outlet side (top) and see exactly how much liquid is being pumped. I circulate a mild cleaning solution followed by clean water circulation after each batch. Max temp is 140 F per spec, but so far so good at up to 155 F and doubt much will change. Also, 1/2" NPT fittings on inlet/outlet and panel mounting screws for professional installs.

Used to replace flow meter on a water purification system. Easily mounted, 1/2" threaded inlet and outlet is readily compatible with 1/2" FPT to barb (or whatever other 1/2"x fitting you want). Paired with a good diaphragm valve it makes for a very nice low cost rotameter.

Value for the money. Excellent flow meter, there are many more expensive options for the same quality. It took me a couple of try’s to get the right one. Happy with purchase. I installed this on a Venturi fertilizer system for our commercial yard. Worked perfectly.
