Everything you see in the photo is included in the box. I needed two large carabiners to hang the light in my 2'x4' grow tent, where I overwinter my bush tomato. The light has a dimming knob and also features a port so you can link together multiple lights and dim with just one knob. The power cord is a heavy gauge and grounded, but is rather short at only ~4 feet in length. The light seems well made. It's made of aluminum and has a rather large heat sink. This light puts off a ton of heat. If I have the light at full brightness it gets to be ~95F inside my grow tent. The light is quite bright and suitable for use with established plants and with the dimmer you can dial back the brightness for your plants particular needs.

I am using the TheOneGrow Dimmable LED over the Sprouting Side of our 4'X8' Grow Tent, we raise our Pepper plants & other Exotics in this area until its time to take them outdoors.I am really Happy with the Quality of the "TheOneGrow" Dimmable LED, the Plants grow Strong & Healthy with the combination of the different LED's that are used in the Grow Light. There is a Marked difference in the color of the leaves that are under the TheOneGrow Dimmable LED, they are much greener than the ones that are under our Professional 4X4 Lighting. I gave the TheOneGrow Dimmable LEDs a Full Five Star Rating Across the Board. They are easy to Setup & Use, Very Reliable, and Provides the proper light spektrum for indoor/outdoor Plants to name a few of them.

This looks like a very good quality well made full spectrum grow light for all stages of indoor plant life. It’s lightweight and low profile, easy to hang and use. Highly recommended.

My experience has been 4 yrs using Mars Hydro and Vivosun Products and I ordered this one by OneGrow because it looked so similiar to the TS1000's I have been using. Why, mainly because its a little cheaper, but the build quality is much nicer, looks like a refined version. The hood itself is much nicer, instead of thin aluminum that reminds you of a thick pie plate, the OneGrow uses cast aluminum that acts as the primary heat sink for the diodes heat, the layout of the LEDs is very similiar to the original TS 1000 before they rearranged them. The features of the dimmer are pretty much the same, with a dimming knob and outlet for chaining them together in multiple light arrangements. The advertised light ranges are very similiar in terms of spectrum, but the intensity is less with the OneGrow, which makes logical sense given its rated at 120W of consumption on full power versus the TS1000 at 150W but who can really tell what the real outputs are versus laboratory tests? I have been using 3 lights per tent to grow three plants, realizing that separate lights, with each focusing the most energy in the center, right over the center of the plant is better than say a long rectangular light. Using LED lights, I haven't had issue with LEDs burning out or ballasts wearing out, just with the dimmer units failing and needing replacement under warranty from MH or bypassing by just running at 100% with the dimmer itself turned off. I did notice the OneGrow uses more LED's, 464 vs 354. I plan on mixing them in the same tent to see comparative results but that takes about 4 months! I really doubt if I see much difference given the design and technology in use is so similar.
