The MachEl 4"/100mm Rotary Table is specifically designed for smaller milling machines, offering precision and flexibility for various machining tasks. The table has a diameter of 100mm and is graduated 360 degrees for accurate positioning. It features a worm gear ratio of 1:36, allowing one full handle rotation to turn the table by 10 degrees. The center height in the vertical position is approximately 50mm (2-1/16"), and the hand wheel is graduated in 10-minute divisions with a zero-setting option for precise adjustments. The rotary table can be mounted both horizontally and vertically to suit different setups. Accompanying the rotary table is a high-quality 4" (100mm) round vice made from close-grain cast iron. Designed to perfectly fit the rotary table, this vice features V-grooves on the moving jaw to securely hold round objects. It is drilled to fit both 3-slot and 4-slot tables, with counter-bored holes to ensure that fixing screws are properly set for smooth operation. The vice has a base diameter of 105mm, jaw width of 77mm, jaw depth of 21mm, and a jaw opening of 40mm. The height of the vice alone is 32mm, making it a robust and reliable component for precision machining.
