I don't know what it is about this wire but it just works great in my machine. I'm running through a Millermatic 735 and I tried other wires, the Harbor Freight wire, and I remembered I had a spool of this before and I just put another spool on and it's just phenomenal. and for the price it's amazing. my beads are great, very little slag I just can't say enough this is my wire.

Well Ive tried several brands on here of cheaper gasless wire, and most i have not been happy with. But I came across this kiswell brand, tried it and am happy to report it worked just as well as higher grade brands I buy at welding shop for alot more money. Its the only one so far I can say that about. I just bought a second spool :)

I do a bit of flux core welding. My old welder is probably not as smooth inside the wire tube thing as a good one would be. I decided to try a little larger diameter wire, I had been using .030 wire, and got this .035. I have not had a single problem with it binding and wadding up like the previous wire I had kept doing. My welds have not been perfect, but they aren't any worse than with the previous wire, and can be accounted for by realizing that I don't know wtf I am doing as far as actually doing a great job on various settings. The larger wire also allows me to up the amperage a bit, which seems to help on the thicker things I weld. Though for anything real thick steel wise, I pull out a stick welder anyway.

I've always ran lincoln wire in my lincoln 125 weldpack until now. Decided to try this out with all the great reviews and the lower price. Switching directly from the lincoln wire to this in the middle of the project made it pretty clear this is a better project. Less spattering, smoother welds, less pinholes from slag etc. This one's a no brainer to me now. 5 stars

Well this would be easier to use but my welder only holds a 2 pound spool so I have to load it on a 2 pound spool to use it no fault of the company but I can't get it any cheaper anywhere else. This makes good beads strong connections and feeds smooth then I get it spooled right. It seems to make more smoke than othe wire I've used and there is a lot of flux to clean up after welding more than I remember with other brands. I guess if I wanted a flux free smoke free or reduced smoke I'd have to go to gas welding. Good wire overall and great value

First this wire came faster than the delivery date. The price is so unbelievable I was concerned but it is top quality and more than reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone that welds

Love this for flux core welding! Would highly recommend. Used to use Lincoln wire and it was good but this is better. The wire feeds smoothly the entire spool, less spatter than other flux cored wire I've used and the weld sits properly like it should. The best finish product I've ever had without using actual shielding gas. Oh and the price is right.. Would highly recommend.
