These gloves are very nice. They look like the listing picture. My husband normally wears a XL size, and this XXL size fit him perfectly.

I've been using these gloves for working in landscaping and doing clean up jobs of brush clearing, tree trimming and hauling away bulky items. They are very soft and to some extent very cooling during the spring and early summer days. The armor around the fingers and forehands come in handy when there's a danger of pinching or hands being caught in heavy items, blocks, walls/bricks or heavy logs. They've saved me from smashing my hands when carrying heavy items, taking a fall and bracing myself, and just everyday bumps and scrapes when loading or unloading power equipment. The only drawback that I have experienced is in the middle and end of summer, the lining inside would begin to smell and become very soiled to the point that washing them or drying them out was near impossible or deteriorated the build of the gloves. I had to give up wearing them since the inside was so dirty and smelly from daily wearing and use. Overall these were one one of the best pairs of gloves that I have used that offered so much protection without sacrificing on dexterity and flexibility. The T-Rex logo was pretty cool too for any dinosaur fans. I highly recommend them. Even at the price point, they are worth it and will last you a good amount of uses through the seasons.

UPDATE, had them now about a few weeks now and they are torn badly. Now I have to fi d another pair to purchase. Over $40 ,I was expecting longer use.

I like me some good hand protection. Whether clearing pokey vines, cutting wood, removing bushes, doing demolition, dragging rocks from the creek, a good set of gloves like these can mean the difference between keeping functional fingers and bloodletting.To the Point or TL;DRSupple, ANSI A9 cut rating (the highest), Breathable (tested), Order one size larger, Impact & Puncture resistant, Comfortable but not great fit, back of hand protection slight nuisance, AeroDex liner does keep hands cool, made in China by N.A. company that's been around a minute.A Little FYI or My Wanderings:ANSI Cut level ratings indicate how many grams/lbs of cutting load a glove can withstand from a sharp blade before it gets penetrated. The levels are A1 through A9.Example ANSI A1 Cut Level is basically for papercuts with lots of dexterity; A4: 1500–2199 grams or 3.3lbs-4.8lbs is for metal fabrication, heavy razor knife use, sheet metal; A6: 3000–3999 grams or 6.6lbs-8.8lbs covers handling dangerous or sharp materials all day long; A7: 5000g or 11lbs is where high tech materials, thicker goatskin leather, & liners get incorporated; A9: Extreme Cut Level with 6000+g or 13.2+lbs of cut resistance. These are the highest level and usually offer full impact exterior glove protection to guard against serious impacts as well as cuts. Basically, short of trying to pull teeth from a shark with metal mesh gloves...this is the top.The Good StuffBreathable. Have worn these for several hours doing sweaty grunt work without soaking them in sweat. The goatskin with the high tech liner allows me to still have some good tactile feel and dexterity. I'm comparing this to my heavy cow leather work gloves. They didn't feel like they would slip off when I was applying a lot of grip to drag and carry heavy objects and you can see where it clearly saved my hands from potential cuts.The Meh StuffThere isn't a piece of elastic or way to tighten the area around my wrist. Although, I didn't slip off, I did get dirt and debris in there. Irritating, but could see that on the website.The Bad StuffThe fingers and glove is short. I used their measuring technique of measuring around wide part of hand and when I put my hand in the glove, my fingers bottomed out. The glove never made it down to the webbing between my fingers. Makes for an uncomfortable fit. Also, the impact attachments on the back kinda dangle, move around, catch on things, and annoy me when wearing them. Maybe they can find a better way to attach them or integrated that protection.So that Tip:Order one size larger so your fingers have room.Me Final ThoughtsThese are a good set of gloves providing a high degree of protection and keep my hands cool while working. They are comfortable (despite being short) and I image they would be outstanding in the correct size. I like them. I'm always looking for quality gloves. A lot of the offerings nowadays are over-priced for what you get and some are just lacking in quality. I have found that some of the name brand gloves start coming apart very soon. I've had a pair separate at the finger the very first time I used them. My first impression of these was very positive. The goatskin leather is very soft and supple. The rubber padding protection on the top of the hand and fingers is quite thick but very pliable. The underside and palms are bare leather. The seams are double-stitched around the thumb. The stitching inside the fingers and sides is not visible due to the inner lining. The inner liner is HPPE (high-performance polyethylene) for cut resistance. It's actually quite soft and has a nice feel to it. I take an XL and these are sized appropriately except that the rubber padding over the knuckles is placed a bit forward toward the fingers. It doesn't quite cover the knuckles if your fingers are folded down. I've noticed this with other gloves as well.I used them today for moving large, heavy tables with sharp metal edges on the underside. They performed quite well, although I was careful near the sharp edges. I did get my hand whacked a couple of times near my fingers/knuckles and I hardly felt it. That thick rubber comes in handy! The only downside using them today was the inner lining. It is so smooth that the gloves wanted to slide off. I had to keep tugging them back on. There is an elastic band on the top side of the cuff, but it's not very tight. I can easily slide 2 fingers inside the cuff with the glove on. A stronger elastic or tighter cuff might help prevent that from happening. Overall I'm very pleased with them.I see the price point is now $41 which is quite steep. I most likely wouldn't purchase them at that price. I think closer to $30 would be better, but as I said, I personally think gloves are over-priced to begin with.
