I have a lot of Magmas casing for my sound equipments and all, this doesn’t quite cut it. Maybe because it’s made for a big item. You don’t want to put anything on the case once closed it might still damage the device. Also the bundled protective foam is low quality, It tore right away as I used my finger to stoke it just to feel the texture. A more quality foam would have been better. Everything else is ok.

Not much room left for any cables without pushing the buttons or touching the screen. It’s not something you could throw In the bottom of a gear pile. A little tougher than a soft guitar case. It does what I need it to do. Its better than wrapping a blanket around the MPC for a car ride.

To be honest, I expected it to be more protective. It's a very thin flexible soft case. It will only protect your gear from scratches or light bumps. Do NOT put anything heavy on top of it. Transport it in the back seat or floor of your car with nothing on top of it. Carry it with you, do not put it on a rolling cart of any kind.

I thought this was a hard shell case for in the studio. Didnt really want a travel case as this machine is not a travel case. Still kept it thought.
