The resulting shapes are precisely cut and ground using diamond tools. Known for their low cost, lightweight, and relatively high energy, ceramic magnets are hard, brittle, and nonconductive, posing challenges for traditional methods. Despite challenges in grinding and traditional methods like machining and drilling, it finds applications in slabs or rings magnetically oriented through their thickness. Our ceramic magnetic bar operates optimally below 350°F and cannot withstand temperatures exceeding 480°F. The permanent ceramic bar magnetic material, with a holding value of 11 lbs., is designed for reliability.
