It’s a compact subwoofer, but attached the accessory from my sound bar on my big screen TV. It really makes a big difference highly recommended.

Needed a sub with a small footprint and the Magnat 8" fit the bill. Was a little concerned as I had never heard of Magnat before but so far I'm quite satisfied. Fits perfectly and much less boomy than the 10" sub I replaced it with. If I had the room I'd buy the 12" version.

First, I would like to say that I don't have a very expensive sub in my home setup so I can't compare this to a $500 subwoofer. But compared to the lower price that I do have, this one sounds the best. It might be location or other factors, but for now I would say, this is a very good subwoofer and at the sale price it was great. Very good for the regular price. UPDATE I've been able to compare this to some very good subwoofers, and this is an above average subwoofer that sounds like a $500. subwoofer, a very clear and clear sounding speaker. For such a small speaker, it has a lot of sound.
