The bottom flat part of the dolly was not flat i had to grind it and smooth it out as well as the back. But for what you pay for it guess its not a big shocker.

A heel dolly is for finishing sheet metal work, yet, this dolly was ROUGH. Useless for finish work. I returned it for a refund. Thank goodness Amazon has a fantastic return policy.
