remote works with dvd but not work with VCR . can't use tracking featureI contacted Magnavox and I ordered a new remote from them. It is more expensive, but I wasn't sure if the those advertised on Amazon were compatible with the dvd'vcr machine. What I had not realized when I ordered the machine was that it was made in 2005. I might not have ordered it if I had known that at the time. Surprisingly, it does look very clean and does work well. I will let you know how this all works out.

The remote control still had batteries in the control and were corroded. I cleaned the batteries and inserted new ones but the.remote did not work correctly with the player.Overall it was a terrible experience and left a black mark on Amazon.

The unit had audio but no video. The support line was beyond frustrating to use so I sent the unit back.
