We love the Altatac Magnetic Black Chore Chart for Kids! We've been so impressed with this chore chart's ease of use and versatility in listing and tracking my son's daily and weekly responsibilities.The size is generous, and has ample space for filling in each chore/responsibility my son is accountable for. The layout of the chart makes it super simple to see when certain duties are expected too. With twelve rows for filling in any activities you want to list, and a simple grid system to track those activities, you'll feel more organized the second you finish the chart. We sure did! I love that not only is there a column for each day of the week, but each day's cell is divided so that you can mark which day an activity is needed/assigned, and use the remaining space for the check mark showing it was completed.The chalk markers that came with this chart are great too -- clear instruction on how to get them going, which helped a lot. They work perfectly and the different colors further allowed me to differentiate chores on my chart without having to waste rows by leaving spaces or creating headings. I used one color for morning chores, and another color for afternoon/after-school type activities. Then, I used a third color for things only expected on weekends. Of course, the grid system shows this too, by using the above-mentioned spaces to mark which activities are needed on which days. Still, the color coding adds an easy way to glance at the chart to look for what is needed at that time of day or point in the week.We love this chart! We did have to combine a few things because we ran out of rows. I think including 15 rows instead of 12 would have been a little nicer, but this works for us nonetheless!

This has been the perfect chore chart! After clearing off all the magnets and children artwork from our upper door of the refrigerator, this fit just perfectly (aka. it's pretty big!) Ample room for a myriad of chores, and the layout is great for chores that are only done on certain days, or assigning different chores to different family members throughout the week, very versatile. Once dry, the ink is very durable- doesn't wipe off at a simple brushing up against it, which is good for something that's in a high traffic area! Note that the pens require you to store them upright, so have a spot for storage in mind. Would recommend!

This is a really cool easy to clean and the markers are super bright and thick. It fits perfectly on the side of the fridge and my son loves using it because it is unique to him.Easy to use, the magnetic works great too.

What a deal! This is a good sized chore chart with 12 lines for chores. Plus it comes with 4 markers, which I’m SO excited about – usually ‘free’ markers with charts like this are either really cheap or really weird colors – not the case here. The markers write SO nicely and the colors really pop on the black chart. No issues with the magnet so far! It’s great to be able to just pull this off the fridge when it’s time to update it each week. Easy to wipe clean with no staining.We’re using this chart for our two elementary schoolers; we’re color coding the chores so they know who does what, without needing two separate charts.

Its a great idea, looks great on the fridge, but after a day or two, nobody is paying attention to it. Is it the attention-based world that we focus from this to that, or is it my household, not sure. Maybe it will work better for you. For me, it would be best if we drew it ourselves and made it a connection family time

Very fun and functional. My daughter really enjoyed writing the various chores she is to be responsible for during the week, and customized it with some art as well. She loves that the whole thing is one giant magnet to go on the fridge. It's large and has plenty of space for a weeks worth of chores or to-dos. Recommended!

This is very functional a d comes with everyone needed.The entire mat is a magnet and it is strong enough to hold tight, but there is no struggle in moving it or repositioning it.It is a semi glossy black and the color is consistent the whole way through.The size is large enough to handle both the household chores and the animal chores ( we have a farm) for an entire week.I plan to buy a few more colors so each kid has their own color but this is really helping me to keep the chores organized and the have to earn a check mark for chore completion to earn electronics for the day.The chalk markers write very smoothly and do not just fade, but with a small amount of pressure with even just a finger it wipes off clean with no residue.
