This inexpensive magnetic pickup set is a decent bargain if you use these types of tools. All of them will pick up at least a medium size/weight screwdriver with no problem, I was very surprised that the smallest one could do so. The large one is perfect for picking stuff up off the ground with little or no bending over. I wish the medium tool was the same length as the large one, as it is shorter, requiring me to bend over a bit to pick up things off the ground. The smallest tool is a great size for picking up screws dropped in tight confines, a computer case for example and is small and light enough to carry it on you if frequently needed.

Not much you can say about a magnet on a stick, but I can say they're great for retreiving lost nuts/bolts/surgical tools from behind toolboxes or inside of patients.Well made, telescoping works as expected, magnets are strong. I can even let my grandson have the small one (he pesters me anytime he's in the shop with me. "Can I keep it, can I keep it, can I keep it?" "Sure, little man, you can keep this one.")Oh... I suppose I can say the price is great, at least at present. $8 for for three sizes of magnetic retreivers is a pretty great deal.

These are super helpful to have around the house and garage, and this is a good price for the set as well. These are handy for grabbing that screw that slid under the stove or between the washer and dryer when trying to hang something. Or when your spouse "fixes" something and leaves screws all over the driveway. He can then comb around to collect all the screws before the tires of my car does. (True story. One of the screws he left on the driveway gave me a flat tire once.) They're also good for collecting nails in the fir pit after burning scrap wood, or any kind of clean up after anything small and metal is involved. My husband had a magnet pick-up tool once before, but lost it. Who knows? Maybe I can use one of these to help him find it in his mess of a shop. But I am glad to have finally replaced the missing one with this set of three instead. I can have one on-hand in a few different areas of the house: Upstairs, downstairs, and in the garage. And maybe it'll take my husband three times as long to lose them, too.

Magnet-on-a-stick is one of my favorite tools, and when you need one there really is no substitute. This set is a nice range of sizes, and they get the job done nicely. I just used the smallest one to fish a driver bit out of a hole it fell into that the larger sizes wouldn't fit down, so I'm pleased to have the range. The magnets are strong enough, and they work as well as any other. Price is quite reasonable.

It's a standard pick up tool, works just as well as all the others. But the delivery time took over a month and a half. Buy a different brand. It wasn't amazon either, it didn't even ship until last minute.

I own several telescoping magnetic pickup tools of various sizes and lengths, which I have found very useful over the years. However, all of mine are designed for light duty and can only lift one or two pounds. The standout features of this product are its length and lifting capacity. The largest pickup tool in the set is rated to lift up to twenty pounds. This claim is achievable when the shape and size of the item being lifted are optimal. My tests with various large metal objects yielded mixed results; it works best when the surface is flat, and the weight is evenly distributed. Overall, it can lift more weight than any pickup tool I own.The other two pickup tools are similar to the ones I already have. The middle-sized tool provides an intermediate option because it can lift as much as five pounds. Again, the lifting capacity is related to the shape and size of the item.In summary, I am completely satisfied with the entire set, especially the largest pickup tool. If you have lightweight pickup tools like I do, consider upgrading to this product.

Lost the one pick-up magnet I had years ago. Could have used one many times since, just never got around to getting one. This set of three magnets is great. Perfect size assortment, the magnets in each one are fine and the telescoping shafts seem sturdy. The listed price makes this set a real bargain.
