Installation took about 10 minutes. It withstood Southern California sunshine UV exposure all summer. It allows me to open the door for ventilation while keeping the bugs out. That's all I wanted and that is what I got. I wouldn't put it on the front door of a fancy house, but in an inconspicuous location it is fine. Full disclosure: I don't go in and out through this screen very often, but when I do, it closes itself and seals the opening magnetically as it is designed to do. When it wears out, I will buy another.

This is well built. Very easy to install. Bought one like this several years ago and it did not work at all so I was a little skeptical. However, this is a great value. The magnets are very powerful and easily close with each passage. Adhesive is very strong and weather resistant.

After installing it, I realized that 8 inches shorter than I expected. I would like to inquire if it's possible to replace it with just the net that fits my door, as shown in the picture.If anyone is buying it, please ensure that you take the measurement of the door frame into account, not just the door itself.

This is the best magnetic screen on the market. The full magnetic strip ensures a quick, easy close, with no gapping. We did have to replace our first after a little over a year due to wear and tear but had no issue at the price point and performance level. The only minor complaint/critique I have is that the magnetic seal is so strong it can be hard to open when our door is shut on the inside. You have to kind of wedge a fingernail to get it open. Maybe a tiny loop or pull tab could help this design. Overall - so great for two big dogs that love to come and go from inside and out. Our dogs have no issues with using it.

I really didn’t want this type of a screen, but since I live in a rental, I don’t have the option of installing a “real door”. This screen was just as described, well-made, and very easy to install. I opted to use small tacks, rather than using the Velcro, because I was (am) concerned with not being able to remove the Velcro residue from the surface of the wood door frame. The full length magnetic strip closure is worth every penny! The door slides closed very easily and completely, with no gaps. The magnets are strong and hold securely, even with the wind blowing. Because it fit so well, hung so easily, and stays securely together, it looks clean and neat and functions well. I’m very pleased.

Pretty good!Upsides: Quality so far is great, although we don’t have high traffic use so time will tell over time if it rips/falls down. Sizing is accurate; measured my door frame and it fit it perfectly. Mesh is tight - no mosquitos, flies, or gnats. Full length magnets is fantastic and I think a must to keep bugs out. Adhesive is strong and works well; it may loosen over time, but again only time will tell. The tacks are nice for additional support. Easy to install. Sewn in Velcro on the mesh screen border is great.Downsides: the adhesive. It is very strong-it will rip off paint (or anything else if you use it on drywall or other surface) if you decide to remove it. The adhesive is a one time use so I’m not sure what we will do when we take it with after moving-I’m guessing you can buy more Velcro with adhesive on the back. It would be nice if it came in white so it blends in with the interior more as the door we use it on opens to the outside. There wasn’t instructions of how to install the loops to velcro each side open if you wanted; I’m sure we could have figured out something, just didn’t want to take the time.Overall I’d purchase again, just know that if you’re renting that it will rip off the paint when removing and will need to repurchase some Velcro with adhesive backing.

This magnetic door is really good quality. It's heavier, the velcro is great, the double sided tape is super sticky and the magnet closures are solid. I was impressed for the price. I'm getting a 2nd one because it's so good.

NO more flies! YAY! This screen works great. Keeps the bugs out! Easy for the dog to pass through, and very easy to install. I hope that the velcro lasts through the winter. I highly recomend.

The magnet strip is lined all the way from top to bottom with a strong hold. Not cheap individual placed magnet that slip out or don't hold after short time. This way the magnet is always aligned and closes every time. Plus it has some weight to it, which helps it snap close. Our dog loves it too. Keeps bugs out and allows the dog to come in an out as he pleases

Our last door screen similar to this screen (different seller) didn't last well (the tacks kept coming out, the mesh ripped etc.), so we purchased this other version to try. This one appears sturdier with that extra stitching at the top and the mesh fabric itself. The magnets do close firmly, though that will also mean more pulling at the mesh and the frame tacks/tape/velcro to open it each time. We'll see how that works out. Our big disappointment is with the ties/stays. On our last model, these were sewn in and had snaps to hold the pieces out of the doorway. On this version, they just threw 2 pieces of material with velcro in the box as an afterthought; no instructions or anything for the stays. When we realized this after installing the rest, we had to peel up the velcro in the center of both sides of the frame, shove the ends of the pieces underneath it and put it back down. But now that little area of velcro for the door is no longer touching the frame velcro and, when the stays are in place, it's pulling up in that area. Ugh. Also, we're noticing that the very bottom of the door pieces are not connecting and so there is an open V where bugs will happily fly through. We're hoping that resolves as it hangs, but we're not convinced. Overall, I wouldn't purchase this version again, nor would I get our original version. I'll keep hoping there is a better one to come.

Looks good, its a slightly bigger than my door, anyhow i have managed. But, the product is overall good and perfect.
