Love the cup so much but mine came with a huge crack on the inside of it and no straw! I didn’t mind the no straw because I have extras but the crack??

Very disappointed as this was ordered as a gift and was just delivered with no straw. The picture clearly shows a cup and straw and now I have a gift to give TOMORROW and it’s pointless to have a tumbler cup with a lid that has no straw…….
