SpitJack Meat Injector

The Magnum Meat Injector is for those who want all the tools and accessories needed to inject a piece of meat. If you need to get some extra flavor (or a special kind of flavor) deep into your meat, you will have to go beyond rubs and marinating. A patented dial lets you adjust the flow of the marinade or seasoning mix you are injecting from 1-5 ml. per shot. 50ml (1.7 oz.) capacity. This is the model that the top BBQ competitors use.

"Finally!!! This is the marinade injector I have been trying to find for almost two years! You people really outdid yourselves with this one because it puts every other injector I have seen (and unfortunately bought) to shame! Bravo! Thanks for the fast shipping too!" - C.S.

By far & away the best injector we’ve ever had! Have used & tried multiple others, this one does not plug & easy to inject whether meats are tough or tender. Get u one!

Works awesome... price is only draw back could probably be a bit cheaper! But on flip side I tested three other syringe style injectors and the quality was garbage.I can see this thing lasting forever and the quality of it is top notch so am happy with the purchase

The three injection needles give you the versatility to inject liquids, liquids with spices, and large chunky spices that clog every other injection needle I've ever used before. The handle/trigger mechanism allow for one handed operation. This is a major upgrade over the syringe style injectors. The entire system can be disassembled for easy clean up. It's a little pricey but after the first time you use it you will see it's well worth it.

This thing is a serious piece of meat preparation equipment. The large slant-ended needle will inject diced garlic chunks. The smaller slant-ended needle will inject seasonings (herbs and such). The other needle is for liquids only.At first I was a little hesitant due to the much higher cost versus some other offerings here on Amazon. But I read some reviews and decided to gamble. I should go to Vegas because that was a winner winner chicken dinner. And now that that chicken dinner is injected, it's even tastier.Quality is very impressive. This thing should never have problems injecting anything. Strong seals so should never leak. The case (ordered separately) needs just a small amount of improvement, but is fully functional and capable as is. I'd just have a couple different bungee strap locations. If you want a meat injector that you'll be able to pass on to your grandkids, get this one. They may even pass it on to their grandkids.

There is a tool for injecting Japanese Knotweed that costs $239!!!Since the idea of injecting is so simple, I searched and found the SpitJack. It is _very_ well made and it worked very very well for sucking in the herbacideand the dial which controls the amount injected is very easy to use.Using this took, I was able to inject the bases of the Japanese Knotweed and successfully killed the entire patch in just two weeks.

I've used conventional injectors in the past, and was always frustrated that they would clog. Also, my hand ached by the time I had finished struggling to inject a brisket. The SpitJack injector solved those problems. First, with the larger bore needles, I can easily inject even small bits and pieces of spices, and not just liquid. Next, the design of the SpitJack is such that it makes injection much easier and I can easily inject an entire brisket without any discomfort in my hand. Finally, the design of the injector also lets me determine how much is injected with each squeeze of the trigger. This cuts down on waste. The bottom line is that the SpitJack injector is expensive when compared to more conventional injectors, but it's worth every penny!

I do a lot of smoked meats and regular grilling. Some of my sauces are thick, garlic, cilantro, other herbs, etc. After breaking all the other injectors, I spent the cash and bought the SpitJack. Works better than I hoped it would. It pierces meats easily and pumping the sauces is effortless. The needles are long, making it even easier to inject large roasts with minimal effort.Very easy to clean. The engineers got this one right: They must have spent some time grilling before designing.

First received product quickly but without barrel. Called and left message and emailed several times. Only after I filed an Amazon complaint did they send the barrel. It works very well. Best for liquid or semi-liquid contents. I tried experimenting and adding bacon bits with the very large needle, however, the bottom of the barrel is flat, so the bacon bits clog and it ends up wringing the juices out instead. I squeezed very hard and it did not break. If the bottom of the barrel had been conical, then I could imaging it would push them through the needle ok. Also tried blended vegetables. That is soft enough to go through, however the bottom of the barrel has a groove around the washer/connector in which food can get stuck. No easy way to take that off to clean it and have not tried. Getting liquid juices or semi-solids into the barrel is difficult. Ideally you would suck them up the end of the needle, but that does not work for the multi-holed needle. As the first hole becomes exposed to air, it prevents suction. The angle of the other needles prevents getting the last drop. Semi-solids require spooning into the barrel very carefully. A wide funnel would be useful, or maybe a wider barrel. The multi-holed need will only work with liquids. Even spices will get caught in the holes. It is a little awkward to handle at first, but easy enough to become proficient.
