1st one sent was defective and wouldn’t turn on. Was sent a replacement after contacting customer service and jumping through a few hoops (one of them being to get the free return shipping it had to go to the mail carrier the company chose vs. just returning it at an Amazon return location or other more convenient option with more flexible hours of operation.). But in the end replacement arrived and working well thus far. Nice cold AC and noise level isn’t ridiculous as some tend to be.

Arrived boxed to protect . Easy to install . Took 5 minutes. Remote is strong . Also has an app and connects to wifi . I am pleased .

First, I'm upset while writing this just so you know. I've had this window unit for three weeks and am trying to return it and the seller isn't willing to take it back. I've been going back and forth with them and they are demanding pictures to help me. There are several problems with this (which I've told them) first I'm disabled and my help isn't able to come over and it's boxed up and ready to be picked up. Second, the original reason I'm sending it back is because the fan is scrapping on metal inside the unit which is a matter of time before something more goes wrong. How am I supposed to take a picture of that? There is also a design flaw that there aren't any drain holes on the bottom so water can drain, so water collects inside the unit causing it to rust (remember it's only been three weeks). We found that out when the water emptied all over my rug and floor. Again, I told them all of this and they still aren't helping me. I shouldn't have to give them any explanation because it's within the 30 days return window. It's been a week of back and forth emails and she (Jane) are still demanding pictures. This is idiotic on a good day. I'm not asking for exceptions to be made on my part. It seems to me like they are trying to run the clock out on my "no questions asked" on the 30 day return policy. Buy at your own risk!

Seriously this little unit works great. Fan is strong and it cools down to 61 degrees. It also has an eco setting for energy savings but it only cost about 125 bucks per year to run without it. My room is 17'x16' and It can chill it down. I sleep like a baby. You won't be disappointed.

The air conditioner is sturdy and works well. The directions for the remote could have been more detailed. We had to play around with it a fair sum to get to to our liking.

This AC is definitely worth the money! It cools even more space than I expected. It makes a little noise but to be expected and no more than any other AC that I have installed. Quality is great and comes with everything extra for fitting your window. Easy to install.

You will want to download the app to control it from your phone. It gives you more control than the remote. It runs quiet, but efficient. It will go into eco mode automatically if you desire. We've had no problems with it.
