I offered to buy new packaging to return the product without use or damage. They would not refund me.The chair is difficult to incline. The locking mechanism is weak. The side tray easily falls off.

Not as much lean back on the zero gravity as I would prefer.I like to elevate as I relax, this chair doesn't really do 'zero' gravity.... good looking, lightish weight, seperate plastic side cup holder thingyFor the price pretty good

Love it. I have old spinal injuries and this is one of the most comfortable chairs, particularly in comparison to other outdoor furniture.
