perfect fit for my 02 tahoe 5.3..... i used a small bead of rtv to attach it to to oil pan and small clamps to hold it while it dried. this makes for easy re installing the pan on the engine.

Fit perfectly. No leaks. Be sure to use RTV (black) on the four corners of the engine block that meet the front and rear covers. Those surfaces where uneven by about 1/16" on my Avalanche so I'm sure they would have leaked eventually without RTV.
