I ordered three of these bridesmaid cups for my bridal party, but one arrived with a significant dent in the side. The packaging was intact, with no damage to the delivery box or the cup’s individual box, meaning it must have been damaged before shipping. This shows a lack of care in quality control, especially for products meant for such a special occasion. Very disappointing!
