Right out of the box, it appeared robust and durable, thanks in part to its substantial weight. You can tell that this device is designed for serious applications, making it suitable for high-demand environments like solar and UPS installations.The thermal magnetic trip feature is a significant benefit, as it provides reliable protection against overloads and short circuits. I’ve tested the switch under various conditions, and it has functioned flawlessly every time. It’s reassuring to know that my system has such a dependable safety mechanism in place.Installation was straightforward, and the overall design of the disconnect switch is user-friendly. Strong, solid, switch

Using as a main disconnect for a 48v battery bank off grid power system in a small fire proof space. Heavy unit for it's size. Feels of stout building materials. Flipping the breaker takes effort, in a good way, giving a sense of confidence that this is a strong well built breaker. I wish there was more info provided for how to mount these larger breakers. I went to my local hardware stores and no one sells a breaker box that has the appropriately spaced mounts for this size of a breaker. I wish there was something on the product page or in the manual that would point you in the rite direction to find mounting hardware and enclosures for these. I gave up searching and simply had to mount this directly to the back wall using extra long small head wood screws that were not included as seen in my pictures.
