I’m getting long life from these bits. I’ve driven well over 1000 screws with a single bit and am a repeat customer. Works well with Festool by avoiding a conversion driver.

I have a Festool T18 and use only square drive screws. I was excited to find this bit for the centrotec quick change chuck for square drive screws. With my first bit I found that after a couple of weeks of useing the bit, it started skipping and stripping the heads of my screws. I looked at the tip of the bit closely and saw that the edges of the bit were beginning to round over. I wasn't particularly hard on this bit, and I feel like there is no excuse other than poor manufacturing. At that time I would not recommend. I decided recently to give the bit a try again because it really is the perfect bit for me. New bit has been going strong with none of the round-over issues that my original had. All I can figure is I got a bad one. I would love to give this better endorsement but I’m just at a 50% success rate… I hope this one lasts.
