I mounted this on a project I'm working on and it works great. I love the fact I can reverse the wires to change direction

This looks to work well .-built strong-not noisy-does use allot of current so user must make sure power supply is sized adequately.I will purchase again, and recommend.

You wonder who designed this motor. The mounting hole stick out way in front blocking access to the sprocket.Trying to put a chain through there is not easy. The mounting holes use M6 bolts. To mount it for my project I had to fashion a 2x4 with 6" mounting bolts and made sure my chain cleared the obstructions. To me it seems that this is not a general purpose motor but it is pulled from a very specific application and design and now resold. Expect to spend some time puzzling over a mounting system

It was as advertised and just what I wanted for a project I am gathering parts for. Plugged it in and turned it on it demonstrated plenty of torque and ran smoothly and quiet.

I used this to power a shaft that rolls up a camping carpet under my camper. It works very well.

El producto como tal es bueno. Se solicitaron 2 porque, según el vendedor, había en existencia. Sólo envío uno y después de unas semanas simplemente hizo la devolución de la compra del segundo. Mal servicio.

I'm using this motor, along with a 12V 30a power supply, and cheap PWM speed controller to power a bead roller. And it works great! Having a sprocket for a #35 roller chain already installed is a plus, and there are a variety of #35 driven sprockets available for any gear/speed combination you need. Shipping was fast, the part is good quality, I'm very happy.

I have hooked this up to rotate the chute on my snow blower... works perfect... good rotation... I added a" bored collar sprocket" to the hand crank handle, fabricated a motor bracket.. I'm in like Flynn...

Works great, and a couple notes:1. It uses metric mounting bolts; don't force standard bolts in unless you don't care.2. The threaded mounts have enough meat around them that they can be rethreaded if necessary.3. The output shaft is (probably) stainless but the gear isn't. If you're driving something where the gear will get wet, it'll rust.4. Though most people buying this already know I'll mention it anyway, if you reverse the power leads the motor will spin the opposite direction.UPDATE: I bought a second one before realizing that this same motor is available without the gear sprocket. I tried removing the sprocket but the Allan head set nuts are so dang tight I destroyed my Allan wrench. I ended up getting it off but it was pretty medieval. If you need a different sprocket, get the one without - especially since it's cheaper.
