I lost my favorite saw and replaced it with this one. If you need a corded saw without a large investment this is the right choice. East blade install. Good medium tool weight. Great hand grip. A simple tool for precise cutting. Well worth a second look if you are looking around for a new saw

I've had a few jigsaws, so I know a little. This Makita jigsaw is fantastic. I taped a small light on the front aimed down on the blade. Now I can see the line I'm following. Very pleased.
