First off, my dog is a big fan of these chews. However, I doubt he's getting much benefit to his teeth, because he eats them in a few seconds. These would be good for small dogs, but for my 90-pound monster they're just a quick snack. That said, the flavors are very interesting (to me the human) and he enjoys them. They are fairly inexpensive for a dental chew, but expensive for treats - in this case I'd say the value wasn't great because my dog isn't chewing them long enough to get any benefit from them as a dental chew. Most dental chews are sized for your dog's weight, and I think these are trying and failing to be for "all breeds".

I recently ordered MalsiPree's Freeze Dried Dog Dental Chews for my dogs, and I'm impressed. These treats help clean their teeth, brighten their smiles, and freshen their breath. I appreciate that they have an anti-choke feature, which is especially important for my larger dogs, who tend to gulp their treats down quickly, thinking they’ll get more that way! The chicken base is fantastic, as my dogs love the taste. Finding a product that combines dental health with something they genuinely enjoy is great. After using these chews regularly, it's a relief knowing I can give them something nutritious, useful, and enjoyable. They are definitely a hit in my household. I highly recommend these dental chews to any dog owner looking for a tasty way to help maintain their pets' dental health!

Dogs love these! They are soft, airy and chewy all at once somehow! No risk of choking and they are a great value compared to other dental/fresh breath chews! They seem to work pretty well on my two pups.I'll most likely be going back to these.

These MalsiPree dental chews have been a welcome addition to my furkid’s daily supplements. They seem to enjoy both the crunch and the taste, despite the unique human-like flavors of persimmon and seaweed. They’re too large and crunchy for my 5 toothed Maltese, but not as crunchy and dense as kibble because these are freeze dried. They don’t have much of a smell and don’t get your hands greasy. I’ve not noticed any improvements yet to my dog’s breath, but hoping these will provide some dental benefits in the long run. These are on the pricey side, so I’ll await to see benefits prior to making these dental treats a permanent part of the daily doggie routine.

I try to always be mindful of what I give my girl, and I try to avoid everything that contains rawhide and artificial ingredients or weird preservatives. I recently started getting her similar treats and chews like these with different flavors, along with animal tendons and bully stick style chews. She's an aggressive chewer and loves anything that she can gnaw at. These are more soft and crunchy and she loves the texture and noise.✅ SIZE + SMELL: having gotten similar freeze dried treats for her before, i was skeptical of the entire freeze drying process, as well as the smell. these are nice bite size for large breeds dogs, and a nice gnaw treat for small size dogs. because of the freeze drying process, there's a particular smell that i just cannot put my finger on, but it has been distinctive and consistent amongst all the freeze dried treats that i have tried out. it's a recognizable scent; not unpleasant or anything, but just very peculiar. the texture as well is literally light as air. it's almost like these have no sustenance or contents to them, like foam, but reading the ingredients, you see everything that these contain. they're pretty interesting!✅ QUANTITY: now, i didn't particularly count, but i would have to guess there might be roughly 20+ inside each bag, give or take a few. for the price point, i couldn't say these were my favorite, but i can understand why they are priced the way they are. im sure the whole process of mixing ingredients and then the process of freeze drying isn't as fast and smooth as creating other dog treats that are mass produced by factories and such. these look like they're made in literal batches, and each star is almost perfectly shaped from the cutter.✅ NO HUGE MESS: another awesome plus for these is that they are fairly cleanly consumed. i know this can vary, depending on the chewing habits and size of your dog, but for the most part, this entire bag was consumed over a 6 hour period by my 110lb pitbull, and there were maybe just a couple of extra shreds and crumbs left over, that my girl made sure to eat up. it doesn't stain the carpet, or leave any kind of sticky or thick residue on the surface either. this is something that ive had a huge issues with, as i keep some expensive rugs, and the majority of my house is carpeted.✴ OVERALL RATING: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS! ————————————————♡》》》IN SUMMARY: these are awesome! i really like these, and my pup seemed to REALLY love these! as mentioned, she was able to sniff these out right from the front door while they were still in the shipping package, and before bedtime, the entire package, had already been consumed. they're healthy with fruit and veggie ingredients, according to the bag, and had very little odor and virtually no mess to clean up afterwards. the only con that i would have to point out about these is that i really wish that MORE came in a single package! i might even be willing to make a compromise on making them smaller in size if i could get more in a bag! just make sure your dog has clear access to water after consuming these as i do believe they are somewhat dry and can powder up and cake in their mouths if not enough saliva gets to them in time. ♡

Packaging Looks Great – Product Not So Good. This item is handsomely packaged. I was a bit concerned with some of the ingredients listed such as cowhide, kelp powder, and algae; but decided to give these Stars a try for the sake of dental health. The first few looked good, but were too large for one of our dogs (see pix). So I cut a few of them in half and they were well accepted. But when I emptied the package to cut up the remaining Stars, I found that several had mottled surfaces and some were turning white (see pix) which looked unhealthy. I’m not qualified or equipped to judge pet food safety, and I am not making any claim that these Stars are not perfectly safe. However when it comes to our own dogs, it’s better to be safe than to be sorry. So as for me, I’m not liking the looks of the Stars in this package, and as such, I’m giving it my 2* rating.
