Product wont squeeze out of tube. I've never had an issue with this brand before. It almost seems like its dried up in the tube, just a rock solid lump.

Horrible! It is super thin and runny and impossible to apply in a manner that produces an acceptable finish. My brand new base boards now look terrible. It would be much better to just make grout, put in it a zip lock bag and apply it like cake piping. I will NEVER purchase again.

I bought this caulk because it was recommended by my antique oak tile manufacturer...he was right! Be aware, this product when applied is much lighter than the final dry color. Other than that is perfect. It does not crack, the color is exact and it looks wonderful.
