Okay I cheaped out, instead of buying the EPDM .45 liner (like my last pond had with no leaks for over 10 years, I moved so it’s still probably fine) I bought this cheap garbage that FAILED! In under a year. Yes it’s lighter then EPDM, yes easier to position, cut, cheaper etc.. However if you don’t want to completely redo your pond don’t buy this and just get the more expensive liner. This weekend I am shoveling and moving hundreds or pounds of rocks and stones, moving plants and frogs all so I can put them all back again with a liner the lasts. A million bitter curses on the makers of this cheap horrible garbage may they find themselves parched in the desert and come to the one oasis for a thousand miles only to find it was their liner that sprung a leak and there is no more water.

After a year of use, this liner has proven its durability by consistently holding water, even enduring freezing temperatures and occasional foot traffic.Initially inexperienced, I underestimated the importance of proper landscaping, leading to some issues with heavy clay soil washing in. However, after a thorough cleaning and reinstallation, I'm impressed by its resilience. I couldn't get all the muck out by hand to remove the liner and what was left was extremelyheavy, so what I did was tie a corner to a tow line on my truck and I pulled the whole thing out. Honestly, I expected to destroy this liner in the process, but it survived completely unscathed.I'm currently in process of enhancing its appearance with gravel and rocks for a more natural look. While I've been cautious with heavier rocks and jagged edges, it's necessary for the desired look. Contrary to some negative reviews, my experience has been positive, though it's worth noting it may not be suitable for a natural swimming pool. I'll provide updates if anything changes.

We bought this product and didn't use it for a couple of months, due to illness.. Once we installed it in our pond and filled it with water, it began to leak a little at first, then to the point that the pond was always draining. We contacted the company via their only contact which is email. We wrote them several times with no response.Amazon also reached out to them, asking them to replace it or refund our money. They ignored customer service"s efforts also.Do not buy this product

I just installed this, so time will tell. My last one ( a different brand ) got a gash in it late in the season.

It was ~4 inches short both directions of the 20X30', and yes even when pulled it tight and flat. Very annoying, when you already made a tank frame.

3 months no leaks, I did use a geo liner. But so far this is the best bang for your buck on Amazon IMO. Excuse that it's not complete, got injured mid project.
