This Marcato classic Ravioli Mold allows you to prepare 24 ravioli at once. The body of the mold is made of die cast aluminum, a solid food-safe material which guarantee a clean cut of the pasta sheet. The rolling pin supplied is made of solid wood. The wood has been specifically selected to be more compact and ensure durability over time. Create sheets of pasta either by hand or with a Marcato Pasta Machine to lay over the Ravioli Mold. Marcato classic Ravioli Molds are available in 6 different styles, four squared and two round: Large Round 12pcs. (2.2x2.2"), Round 24pcs. (1.6"x1.6"), Square 36pcs. (1.4"x1.4"), Square 24pcs. ( 1.4"x1.4"), Square 48pcs (1"x1"), Large Square 24 pcs (2"x2"). Easy to clean: let sit out for a few hours and then clean off remaining dough residue with a dry cleaning brush. 100% made and assembled in Italy. Die Raviolis sind sehr klein und die Füllung ist aufwendig. Am besten mit Spritzbeutel. Der Teig klebte sehr an der Form, was jedoch meinem handwerklichen Fehler geschuldet sein könnte.
