I thought this was a gimmick for years. Then we stayed at Margaritaville where they had them in the kitchen. Used it and realized how wrong I was and immediately purchased it. It makes smooth drinks effortlessly. You put the mix and booze in the blender, ice in the top and flip the switch, and it shaved the ice, puts it in the blender then turns on the blender automatically. So much better than a simple blended drink.

I shop local.Now since I couldn't find this in town, I went online, checked the reviews, and decided to purchase from Phil & Fred's Good Stuff. My item was promptly shipped. Unfortunately, the package got redirected en route.Which is why I prefer to shop local.I contacted Phil & Fred's and they immediately investigated and shipped me another product with a different delivery service.I have received my item and am thoroughly enjoying it. Great service & no hassles from Phil & Fred's Good Stuff....maybe they can help me find my lost shaker of salt.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. We all have fun making different drink recipes. I really like that this model has a glass pitcher as opposed to a plastic one. I have nothing negative to say about it yet. So far it has been worth the money.

We love our margarita machine. The user instructions were a little difficult to understand and the first time we used it a piece of ice got stuck and it didn’t work properly. We tried again a few minutes later and it worked beautifully. I think if you wait a few minutes after putting the ice in the ice bin it gives the ice a minute to soften and it won’t get stuck and jam the machine. The frozen drinks are restaurant quality. I gave this to my husband for Christmas. He was thrilled and it looks great on our bar. I do, however, think the machine is a little over-priced.
