I bought two of these for my boat to keep the cabin doors open . The little mechanism is made of beautiful stainless and the work great. Also they are adjustable if you need to increase of decrease the tension. Great product and they work flawlessly.

They're pretty nice; however, smaller than I expected. I should have got the larger ones.Also, you must line them up very well to work properly...a little tricky.
