Everything fit my prop, but the prop nut was to small I had to resuse the old prop nut.

The nut did not fit my prop shaft. Everything was exactly the same but the nut was too small. I have a 75hp Mercury Optimax. OD of the threads on shaft was 19mm. ID of the nut was about 16.5mm. Even considering thread depth, that doesn’t fit. I ended up using the old nut and everything is fine.

Exact replacement, was super easy to install and all of the components feel like high quality materials and craftsmanship. Great value compared to going to a local store. Do yourself a favor and replace these periodically so you don't wind up with a spun prop out on the water!

I got this Flo-Torq Mercury Prop Hub Kit because I have a couple Mercury props for my boat. This will be a spare hub to keep onboard in case I spin the hub while out boating. I guess I’m actually over-prepared: I already have a spare prop w/hub onboard.This kit has all the parts needed and they look to be of adequate quality. The rubber drive sleeve adapter is perhaps the most crucial part. It need to help soften the shift but be strong enough to withstand minor bumps, but spin when serious impacts occur. It is not possible to verify this easily. But this _looks_ like it would work.The only negative comment I have is that I prefer a lock ring over the tabbed lock washer provided. I’m sure it works, but that is my preference.The price is good – at $29 it is only a fraction of the price for an OEM hub.
