Good quality. I'm using it to connect a snubber to my anchor chain on a 40' sailboat. So far so good, definitely recommend.

This was smaller than I expected, but worked perfectly for my 1/4" ss chain. Note the measurement of the hole for connecting. It was a tight fit.
