Bought these to replace the "Not so great" factory supplied chromed connections on my new Total Gym. They look great, operate easily and the price for a multi-pack is very reasonable. When ordering, you need to refer to the measurements/dimensions page to ensure the correct size. Since I've purchased these 3/16" (5mm) quick link connectors, I have also purchased other Stainless Steel items to improve other attachments on my gym.
