It’s great in its simplicity. Sounds great, quality’s great, and looks great. What seems like a loss of several modern day features are traded in for a superior battery life from the already stellar one from the previous model. It keeps the single multifunctional button for basic controls for listening to music and answering calls. For the price of the product and what is provided, it comfortably sits as a competitor in the Bluetooth headphone market. A great price with all the needed functionality and it’s battery life that can’t be beat.

Bought these Marshalls to replace my ageing cans. First impressions were good, they look the part with their retro Marshall styling which I think makes them stand out from the rest. I'm finding them super comfy with nice soft ear pads and can wear them for hours without discomfort although I sometimes have to move my glasses for maximum comfort. Being on ear instead of over ear, there is some sound leakage and they don't have noise cancelling, although they block out a lot more background noise than my old phones. My only gripe was the top end sounded a bit raspy, which sounded strange as the bass was spot on and the mid range was loud and punchy. However, I downloaded the Marshall app and updated the firmware which not only fixed the top end but also made them even louder! TLDR UPDATE YOUR FIRMWARE!Awesome cans with quality sound and great volume, customisable equaliser and wireless charging, not to mention the incredible battery life. I love them!

Great sound and easy to use but there are drawbacks.These carry Marshall's signature stock sound profile (identical to the major iv's) but it is a bit louder. Not loud enough to switch over if you currently have 4s but the 5s are louder. The run time is awesome, the wireless charging is neat, the battery preservation features are cool, the wired vs wireless sound is terrific, and the equalizer is a great.It doesn't get 5 stars because the ear cups could be slimmer but mainly because I shouldn't need an app to work my headphones!!! The ability to set the special function button should be accessible with software stored on the headphones themselves! Having to download an app limits the overall functionality of the headphones to the time that they are supported through the app/ time the app itself is supported. That's a major longterm use setback for otherwise amazing headphones!!!

I just received these in the mail and could not be happier—more like joyful that I made this purchase. In the picture, you see the Marshall Major V pictured along with my YH-E700A Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones by Yamaha. Although I’m happy with my Yamaha headphones, the Marshalls have something that, in all my research, proved to be true. The best way to describe them is that they are precise. All the frequencies dance in your ears. As one reviewer said, “You hear everything, and it's exciting!”Once I charged the headphones and connected them with the Marshall app, I performed a one-hour burn-in. Then I dialed in the sound with the equalizer on the app and started my journey through various music genres to test the Marshall headphones' ability to go from each, which included Rock, R&B, Pop, Jazz, Amipiano, Gospel, etc., with very, very little to no distortion that would require me to make equalizer adjustments going from each one. They are more precise than my Yamaha headphones, which could benefit from an EQ in the app provided for them. Although they have a better sound stage experience, the Marshall headphones also offer a very decent sound stage experience.As for the headphones themselves, as light as they are, they seem to be very well constructed and very friendly to the ear as they relate to the usage experience. I bought these as a new travel pair to use my Yamaha headphones for more critical listening at home.Pulling the purchase trigger on the Marshall Major V headphones took me a while, but I’m glad I did. I researched all of the headphones I have owned and could not be happier with my purchases. However, I am most proud of the Marshall Major V On-Ear Headphones.

These just released Marshall Major V Headphones are fantastic! I am a classic and progressive rock fan, and each song sounds great with these excellent headphones. The headphones were very easy to pair via Bluetooth with my Android Pixel 8 Pro smart phone. Plus the comprehensive Marshall mobile app allows customization of various features such as Equalizer, Battery Charging and M-Button functions. These on ear headphones are very comfortable to wear due to very soft ear pads, and have a wide range of adjustment to perfectly fit your head size and shape. Marshall includes a usb-c charging cable, and a coiled 3.5mm aux cord if you want to use these headphones without Bluetooth. In addition the classic Marshall styling reminds me of Marshall amplifiers used by many rock bands over decades. Due to the insane 100 hours battery life, I look forward to many hours of listening to my favorite music with my new Marshall Major V Headphones!

First of all, this is a ON-EAR headphone, so if you don't like this type of style, then skip this product.Pros:-Very Comfortable despite being ON-EAR-The design is great, the good old marshall style-EQ is very suitable for rock-Light weighted-Size is very small-Bluetooth connects fast-Battery lasts long-App offers battery charging protection-Buttons are easy and simple to useCons:-Long term wise, THIS HEADPHONE HAS A LARGE TENDENCY TO START PEELING OFF EARLIER COMPARED TO OTHER HEADPHONES. But things wear out don't they.

I have had these now for approximately 3 months and honestly use them everyday for 5 or 6 hrs listening to music and different videos so I don't disturb my wife as she watches her show, lol. I was previously using JBL earbuds that were a couple years old they had to be charged after 8 hrs of use. Like I said I have owned these for three months and have charged them one when they got down to 30%, they are still now at about 85% full battery, pretty amazing. The sound quality of the Marshall cordless headphones is very enjoyable to listen to, very crisp with a nice bass, the different options on the equalizer gives you choices for different listening modes. The only issue I have with the product is the location of the on /off ( power button) on the rear right headphone it is easily pressed while leaning back against a pillow or sofa to power off. I would place it more on the top of the headphones to avoid this issue. Great product and am really enjoying my tunes again. Thanks Marshall, Great Job...

I found the headphones looking super premium, flexible and flaunting with Marshall stamp.The audio quality is good and not so great.Lack of ANC is not a big deal, but the quality of bass and surround is normal.Even the marhall app has limited functionalities and doesn't have much options to enhance the quality of audio.Having said that all, this headphone is still good for a casual listeners. For same price we can also opt Sennheiser accentum or Sony ult.Depends on the weightage you give for brand values!! and the battery life is the most impressive one!
