It is a birthday present so not opened, but it seems a little expensive for what it potentially is, a pack of cards and a small book and a couple of other small packets.

Set is advertised as 50 card tricks to learn. The book it comes with is the size of annindex card with maybe 20 tricks (print is super small). Very difficult for an 8 year old to use -as this is advertised for 8+ beginners. The remainder of the tricks required accessing an app. We downloaded the app on our iPad and maybe 1/2 of the functions in the app worked. There were maybe 5 extra tricks but for the lost part the app wanted to take you to the website to purchase more. The price was reasonable as I bought for my 8 year old son who is very much interested in magic. He quickly gave up on the app, tried many in the book with my help. The instructions were also hard to follow. Only reason we are keeping and not returning is that the price is not worth returning and my son has been using the actual playing cards to create own tricks and. So all in al the set would be ok it were simpler. Bigger book bigger print , advertise the actual amount of tricks l…Don't just stretch to 50 by implementing an app that doesn’t work as it should. I don’t normally write reviews…we were just very disappointed yes in the quality of this, since it was an introduction to card tricks for 8+. I would not purchase this again.

I am new to Magic at 63 and chose this as a new hobby remembering Muhammad Ali doing the same in his later years and These are perfect for me as they are simple to do but will also Awww people in a professional way with LOTS OF QUALITY TRICKS for the price.. Can't Go Wrong with this set and Can't wait to perform for my Grand Kids.

We ordered this item on line from the UK for delivery to grandson in Australia. Great Disappointment as the instructions for magic tricks had been badly translated into English from what was probably the original Chinese. Totally unsuitable for target age group recommended and the intelligent 40 year old father had difficulty understanding the instructions as well.

A couple tricks are easy and enjoyable. Others are terribly explained but can always go to YouTube and watch people do it. The cards could be better quality but can see them lasting long enough to get quite a few uses out if them if you are easy on them.
