Bought this for my niece a couple years ago. Still works and still is in excellent condition. Not bad for the price. We did buy the one with the cat ears just because that's what she's into but highly recommend it if you can afford to buy it

My granddaughters love this karaoke machine. It is holding up well to rough handling from a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old. The audio quality is better than I expected.

The kids love this! It’s hard to hear the voice over the sound even in karaoke mode and with the volume of the microphones turned up, but it still is a good hit. The echo option on the microphones is a fun feature

What a fun little machine. My daughter and her friends loved it. We had a sleep over and it was so much fun. Loud but fun.

One microphone doesn't work all the time

I got the gold cat version in July to use for monthly open mics and it is perfect for our sweet little venue and very on-brand. It works well enough, although you have to speak directly straight into like the top of the mic (like from the side it does not pick up your voice) and stay close to the speaker or it loses reception. It's easy enough to just announce that at the beginning of the open mic and demonstrate though people still forget and it can be disruptive when you have to remind them to speak into the mic "the right way" during the middle of a performance.I am giving it one star because we use it so infrequently that it took this long for the charge to finally run out and I have discovered that it is defective and will not take a charge. Amazon prompts me through to the Masingo website where I messaged them directly but I have heard nothing back. So now it is useless and I don't know what to say to the people in our poetry group who donated money for us to get a mic and that sucks.

We bought this for our daughter for Christmas and she love it. The battery last a good long time and the wireless system is pretty good with no interference.

We love this kitty karaoke! It's a hit with our 11 & 8-year-olds. We had an issue with charging the base, but we contacted customer support and they sorted it out for us quickly. The customer support is wonderful!

I bought this for my nine-year-old granddaughter, who is a fan of all things kitty. My daughter told me when she opened it at her birthday party, everything else went to the wayside. Everyone at the party wanted to play with only this! It seemed to be a great hit with everyone And my daughter says it works very well and seems like a quality product.

This is a fairly decent portable karaoke machine that comes with everything you'd need to start your own karaoke party, either with family, friends, or even colleagues. The overall build quality is decent and the sound is sufficient for the purpose. Though, it does NOT come with alcohol or snacks which you (or someone else) will need to provide to get the party started.≡ Physical buildFirst thing first, the physical build quality is decent throughout including the 2x mics. The mics utilize UHF (low latency but not exactly good for interference) and they have the typical volume control as well as echo strength and EQ mode. Though, it is NOT clear to me exactly how do the various EQ modes (5 to choose from) differ from each other (and it's not in the manual either).≡ MicAll of these can be controlled directly from the mic. The mics are connected to the speaker via UHS for minimal latency and they LOOK surprisingly well constructed with metal frames and grill (in reality they are just fine); though, its ability to pick up [crisp and clear] sounds are far below the ordinary mics that we are familiar with but that's not an issue for, well, karaoke. You need to be really close to the mic for it to pick up your voice (and that's the way it should be btw).≡ Base unitThe speaker/base unit is actually rated at 2x 7W instead of the slightly inflated 15W in the description (people, please stop lying). The base unit also has the typical controls for switching modes (BT), play/pause, next/prev songs, or karaoke mode (i.e. vocal mode). The entire set is aesthetically pleasing to look at least. Whether they will last or how long they will last is, well, your guess is as good as mine.✘ The karaoke mode (i.e. vocal mode) doesn't really work with ordinary songs/tracks (at least not with the ones tested). What this particular mode usually does is to reduce the volume of the vocal from the song so any ordinary music can be used as karaoke tracks. Unfortunately, this particular function doesn't appear to work for me.≡ SpeakerIn comparison to some others with similar wattage, its 14W output is a bit of a boo-boo and it's probably the biggest weakness for the entire setup for me for karaoke and I'd to see at a minimum 30W and preferably 40-60W for a decent karaoke experience for a roomful of people of 4-8. With that being said, it is still reasonably loud and we know loud music isn't the only thing required for a fun party, and as long as you know what to expect from this, you shouldn't be disappointed at its performance.≡ NoteThis particular model, 'Spinto G3', is for all intents and purposes the same as the 'Presto G2' model that has LED lights at the front but this one doesn't (along with other minor differences); however, this model is at least $40 less at the time of this writing.≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a fairly decent portable karaoke machine that provides what it claims to do (i.e. fun) and while the speaker isn't as powerful as I'd like it to be it still serves the purpose. However, it is pricey at $150 for what it provides and its overall build quality, features, and usability. There are several comparable karaoke units here with very similar specs that are roughly 25%-40% less if you care to shop around. Your mileage might vary.
