Overall it's OK, a textured fabric that is moderately comfortable for wearing, underwire free, and a little extension panel. Despite being wire-free, it does feel like it will hold the forms in place in the pockets (once adjusted to fit my body and to get them to almost look normal) and I expect to be able to go about my normal day without any wardrobe weirdness.The forms are pretty small, but feel pretty natural, if I were to bump into someone or hug someone. I don't think they would notice.The shoulder straps are reasonable for the size of the forms, and have a decent range of adjustment.The pockets are more narrow, and even with the large size, I think most western woman will need to size up or add additional forms to the existing ones to get normal volume.It is nice that this bra has four eyes vs the typical three, as I expect this material to stretch pretty quickly.The care instructions are silver printed over tan, and come in very small sized icon style and Chinese. I gentle wash mine in cold water and no drying so it doesn't really matter to me. The bra is tag free, which is very nice for my sensitive skin.Another bonus, there no fake extra hard nipples as on some breast forms.But all three measurements (height, length and width) were around 6-10 mm smaller than advertised size.And are very small on my chest as worn, for my 38 strap size these came out to be a large A cup or a small B cup.Overall it's an OK bra, and the value is not too bad, I just wish the measurements given in the add were a little more accurate.

I received this "ONEFENG Mastectomy Bra with Breast Prosthesis Wireless Post-Surgery Pocket Bra for Breast Forms Enhancement Inserts" which I was excited to try, and I'm really pleased with it. I'm a bilateral mastectomy patient who had an aesthetic flat closure several years ago. I used to not wear prosthetics at all and just rock the flat look, but as I've gained some weight, I've started experimenting with various prosthetics & bras to help balance things out. This is an exceptional value when you consider my name brand prosthetics cost well over two-hundred *each!* and no bra is included! These are about the same weight as those (not too heavy, pretty average for prosthetics). The bra itself is perfectly fitted to the forms it comes with, but those could be taken out and you can pop other forms in too. The fabric is exceptionally soft and stretchy, unlike the majority of mastectomy bras I've tried. The straps are adjustable and it has several hooks on the back (plus comes with an extender) to get the most comfortable fit. The cups are close to each other and have a round appearance, which I've been looking for; most of the bras I try have pointy, spread apart cups. I will say that I got the XXL and though the bra is true to size in the band measurement, the prosthetics are more like a C cup, imo. Still... for what this costs, it's truly an excellent value. I just wish it came in a bigger cup size and different color bras. Would 100% get more!

Nada mejor que este brasier ha sido mi solución x que después de una mastectomía todo es muy difícil ! Sostiene bien las prótesis y es fácil de sacarlas para lavarlo lo recomiendo 100%

I was told I needed to buy a $6,000 bra after my bilaterally mastectomy. Ugh NO! I found this bra and inserts for under $50. Great fit, comfortable and does the job perfectly
