It’s bizarre that the Velcro isn’t sized to a standard seat belt width. Some reviewers mentioned it’s slippery - it’s because the slots for the seatbelt are way too big. It provides a little bit of padding, not the most cushion, but my biggest issue is it doesn’t stay in place and flips around to the other side.

This was given as a gift to someone who had just had open heart surgery. It was very soft to feel and much appreciated to have on the seatbelt for the many medical appointments to attend in a car.

Provides a nice cushion between seat belt and chest. After having a breast reduction I needed something to protect and cushion my chest from the seatbelt. Only issue is that it does tend to bunch up and slide on the seatbelt so I do have to adjust it to a comfortable position on occasion.

I recently purchased this pillow to use after my abdominal surgery, and I have to say it's been a game-changer. The quality is top-notch, and it was incredibly easy to install in my car. It has made a huge difference in my comfort, especially when it comes to using the seatbelt. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone recovering from abdominal surgery.

I had a double mastectomy for breast cancer and this apparatus save me. It’s soft and pads the seatbelt perfectly! I’ve had mine for almost 2 years and it’s still going strong. I’ve washed it several times without an issue. It’s good for the price and I’d buy it again. But I probably wont have to because this one seems to want to last. A very good investment. If you need one, get this one.

Too thin. Sent back as it seemed too thin to do much cushioning. Color was cheesy too. Price was great but not so great yo keep it.

Ordered this for my Step Mom when she was diagnosed with breast cancer as a "port pillow" and then to cover her chest after her mastectomy. She was gifted several from several different people, but said this one was the most convenient and comfortable for her because it was wide enough to cover her full chest, her port, and was comfortable for her chest before the surgery when the tumors caused her pain. It was also easy enough to clean the occasional coffee or smoothie spill in the car.Highly recommend!

Very good for helping with the soreness after surgery and protects from the seatbelt. Good size to cover the seatbelt against the chest and thick enough so you don’t feel the seatbelt.

I purchased this to use for transportation from the hospital back home following my hysterectomy and during my recovery period. It is soft and well padded, preventing the lap belt of the seatbelt from digging into my abdomen and incisions. It is also small enough to easily move from one vehicle to another and fit in my vehicle’s storage compartments when I wasn’t in the vehicle.Going forward I think we’ll be able to continue to use it on the chest strap during long road trips to make the seat belt more comfortable if one of the passengers wants to have a sleep.I highly recommend this product.

I was looking for something to protect my dialysis permacath port and came across this seatbelt pillow while searching for a seatbelt shoulder pad. I was hesitant to purchase at first because it's so large but I'm glad I did. The loops are a bit large so it slids around when not in use but that may be something I can remedy with a needle and thread, not sure yet. But nonetheless, it works great for me. It's soft, cushiony and protects my port!
