This went in several days ago and is working well. The door/window switches get the job done. For some reason there is a tiny light in the master door lock button that stays lit when the car is completely turned off. I don't believe my battery is in danger of draining as it appears to be a mini LED light. If it bothers me I will attempt to desolder or otherwise disconnect it.The original unit that was replaced would take the window all the way down if you held the button momentarily and released it with the window going the rest of the way on its own. This unit so far, requires me to hold the button to keep the window going down and stops when I release the button. I am okay with THAT as the window having a "mind of its own" was off putting, back when I first got the '99 Tahoe but I got used to it.This unit has less heft (weight) to it than the original, which will be kept as back up. It came off as a working unit but is the original with 366K on the clock. I bought this new one since I still have easy, affordable parts availability for some things.Ultimate assessment: I returned this as it would not work the locks when I pressed the lock/unlock button at the rear, adjacent to the rear window. I wound up paying full price at the auto parts store and now have something that works as intended. BEWARE when shopping these half price auto components.

Super easy to install and good quality, fit perfectly with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, I did end up returning it because I ended up having a different issue with the vehicle but this was worth the money and time spent with it.

Ordered 2 now to see if the first one I bought was just a mess up… turns out the second one is defective as well. 0/2. Drive a 2012 Jeep grand Cherokee, at least with my original I can roll 2 down I guess. The 2 I ordered from this vendor were both defective other than a green light

All the buttons work as should but I can’t program the key fob to the switch.

To think, I drove for a couple of years dreading going to the Ford Dealership over a back widow that would not work. It was a simple fix by replacing the "master switch" on the driver's door panel. Install was complete in less than 20 minutes after I first watched a YouTube presentation on "how to" and guess what? It works! Yip Pee! We're back in business again!!!
